Southwest Michigan Good Scout Award 2025 Honoree Al Pscholka

Mr. Alton “Al” Pscholka has been recognized as the 2025 Southwest Michigan Good Scout Award Honoree.
The LaSalle Council of Scouting America presents the Good Scout Award to community members who exemplify the Scout Oath and Scout Law in both their professional and personal lives. Al’s lifelong commitment to public service, advocacy for young people, and the deep respect of his peers make him an outstanding recipient of this award.
Al’s Scouting journey began as an Explorer Scout in a Radio Station Explorer Post, an experience that helped spark his enduring love of broadcasting. Today, he continues to champion community initiatives while encouraging the next generation of leaders.

The Good Scout Award is one of the highest honors the LaSalle Council bestows on local individuals whose lives reflect the values of Scouting.
We encourage community members to nominate leaders who demonstrate integrity, service, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
