SUMMARY:Section Conclave Preparation
DESCRIPTION:Join Sakima Lodge for a day of Cheerful Service as we visit Culver Academies’ Woodcraft Camp!\nSection Conclave is April 10-12\, 2026. For those of you who don’t know or have never attended Conclave\, it’s a gathering of our fellow brothers from the six lodges that comprise our section.  It’s a weekend of fun\, fellowship\, games and activities. \nSection Conclave is being held at Culver Military Academy\, and we are the host lodge.  As the host lodge\, we will welcome our fellow brothers to the event and ensure the event goes smoothly.  We will be doing things in the background to make Conclave the best experience for all section members. As part of Conclave preparation\, we will have some tasks to do prior to the section’s arrival. \nPlease save the date – March 28\, 2026.  We plan to go to Culver for a day of preparation of the Woodcraft Scout Camp. If you can attend the day of work\, please sign up on the attached Google form.  If you join us for the prep day\, you can attend Conclave for a reduced cost-free cabin lodging.   \nRegistration is appreciated to help with Lodge Planning. \nPlease Click Here to RSVP Today! \n  \n
